As an experienced landlord for many years, we felt we understood the requirements of landlords, and tenants, and their struggles.
We had experienced on many occasions the problems accessing services with trades people and specifically reliable, thorough cleaning and housekeeping teams.
We started cleaning our own AST properties and holiday let’s and decided to offer the service to others.
We maintain detailed checklists for all assignments. When you book your end of tenancy clean with us you will have a dedicated supervisor who is responsible for managing the cleaning team on the day and ensuring the clean is carried out in accordance with our strict cleaning guidelines and checklists.
We provide a thorough builders clean to include removal of debris and a comprehensive, deep clean of the entire property. Usually recommended at least 4 days after the builders have finished to allow the dust to settle before the cleaning commences.
We are now approved contractors for Pink St and Countrywide which includes Mann & Co and Morris Dibben locally
